Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If you need to change the size or if it does not meet your expectations you will have 14 days to return the item(s), in order to receive store credit or exchange. If you need to exchange or return it, send us an email at returns@ameliaandlino.com or visit us at our physical store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Store Credit 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, a gift card with store credit will be processed and you will have one year to use it. 

Clearance items 
Only regular priced and sale items may be eligible for store credit, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should send us an email at returns@ameliaandlino.com and we will email you the address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
